Single rooms are available on a limited basis.All first year students are required to have a meal plan.Common community spaces, in most halls, can be used for studying, group projects or student activities.Dining halls are in Stetson East, Stetson West and International Village.The majority are double or triple occupancy rooms. ![]() All Northeastern University housing is smoke-free.Since each room is unique, we are unable to provide square footage/measurements of individual rooms.Each room comes with a bed frame, mattress (twin XL), desk, desk chair and dresser.All students must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the University’s expectations, as stated in Guide to Residence Hall Living, the Student Handbook and the Residence Hall and Dining License Agreement and any and all other applicable University policies, procedures, supplemental agreements, rules and regulations. Northeastern University’s Housing & Residential Life system includes student housing that is either owned or leased by the University. ![]()
